Here’s a quick step-by-step guide to help you in making your suck and blows.

The recipe we are demonstrating makes about 200 shots.

1 Gallon Hot Water

16 3oz Packs of Jell-O, in your choice of flavors.

1/2 Gallon Cold Water

1/2 Gallon 80 Proof Spirit of Your Choice.

For best results, the ratio of water to alcohol should be around 3 to 1.

For each 3oz pack of Jell-O, we suggest:

1 Cup Hot Water

1/2 Cup Cold Water

1/2 Cup 80 Proof Spirit of Your Choice.

In addition to your tubes, and ingredients, you’ll need some sort vessel for distributing the final mixture into your tubes. We use a commercial beverage container as shown here. The levered pour spout allows for accurate fluid control and easily fits inside the tubes.

Readily obtainable retail water coolers also work well for this task.

Making the Jell-O is simple. Just follow the direction on the box. In our case, we've added 16 3oz. packs of Jell-O to 1 Gallon of Hot Water. Stir to dissolve.

To assure that all the gelatin dissolves, stir the mixture for approximately 2 minutes.

After about 2 minutes, the gelatin should be completely dissolved and ready to pour into your beverage container.

Next, add in your cold water. In our case that is 1/2 Gallon Cold Water.

Finally, add in the spirit of your choice. Remember the ratio is 3 to 1, water to alcohol. In our case that is 1/2 Gallon 80 proof alcohol.

Alcohol can also be replaced with your favorite high energy drink to create power shots.

Once the last of the liquid is added to the container, give the mixture a final stir to incorporate all the ingredients.

Now that the mixture is complete, it is time to fill your tubes using the pour spout on your beverage container.

Remember to check that the base caps are tightened to insure a proper seal prior to filling the tubes.

Finally, add on the top cap and tighten for a secure seal.

Refrigerate the tubes for approximately 1-1/2 hour to 2 hours for the mixture to set.
